Hair and Beauty salons always need an eye pleasing desk to greet clients and take payments or book future appointments. 

 

For this particular project  the client wanted something that was very sustainable, visually stunning and hard wearing.

Durat was the perfect choice for this salon counter due to its very high environmental production process and the fact that it is created from post industrial plastic waste from Finland and Sweden.

​

Salons can have many chemicals being used which makes solid surface the ideal choice due to its high resistance to chemicals and staining. 

​

For the internal structure of this desk we used valchromat, another sustainable timber based product that is available in a variety of different colours.
